Updated***I haven't tried the products yet but I did have someone reach out to me and was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I was able to get my order reshipped and it arrived the next day!****I ordered my package on the 31st and still haven't received it or any updated tracking here on the 14th. I've called and made support tickets and the only thing they've said is to wait.
