Looks like they are sending another one, hope this one works like it should. Was offered other choices for replacement, but they honored my request and sent me what I wanted in the first place. Everyone has been very responsive...big plus in my book. So many times you buy off line and when you have an issue...you never get any help. So far these folks have been great.
