They did not send me an item I paid for, and refused to answer the phone or allow me to leave a message. We’ve been going back in forth for days as they have not processed my refund, and it’s been more than 10 business days. Still no refund has hit my bank account.Update: still no refund or the missing item.Original order 4/16/23Today: 4/30/23Last update: 5/1/23No refund, I contacted my bank just to find out Eden Fantasies is not processed a refund at all. The customer service will try and lie until you just give up. Thankfully I have documented everything. The company did not give me my (partial) refund of 12.99 for an item I did not purchase, yet was charged for. To top it all off, the company keeps calling me, not leaving voicemails, and emailing to update or delete my review. I don’t know why they would think they would get a good update when they continuously lie to me, and hold my money hostage.
