I reached out to the company and found the staff to be friendly, polite, and well-informed about all facets of owning and operating a hot tub. They provided prompt service and delivery. The two individuals who delivered and set up the tub were also excellent. A couple of days later, I received a follow-up call to ensure everything was satisfactory, which it was. I have no complaints whatsoever.
