I placed an order over a month ago and have still not received the product I paid for. The lack of clear communication has been incredibly frustrating. Each time I reached out, I received vague promises and assurances about a refund. Despite my repeated requests, nothing has been sorted out. I feel completely in the dark, out of pocket, and without any accountability from their side. I'm extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to reconsider ordering. Basic customer care should not be too much to expect.
