I moved into Edenton's Independent Living a couple of years ago. This community is unique with lots of fun activities and a wonderful and helpful staff to run it's operations. Some of the activities I really enjoy include yoga, poetry group, discussion groups about pertinent topics like how to help your brain stay healthy as you age. The activities here give us a chance to socialize, improve or maintain good health and allow us to pass the time in a positive way allowing us to discover or rediscover our gifts and hobbies. For example, I attend a poetry group which has inspired me, at the age of 77, to publish a book of my poetry writing. I am living a joy filled life in a comfortable and safe community. I love my cozy cottage and plan on spending many years here. If you are seeking a senior living community why don't you come by and take a look at our wonderful neighborhood.
