I ordered a front zip hoodie and sweatpants, choosing a medium size for the hoodie based on the size chart, which indicated that a medium fits sizes 6-8. However, the medium feels more like an XS, making it too small and uncomfortable. The sweatpants are also problematic; the right leg is tighter and longer than the left, and the seam in the back is noticeably crooked. They are very uncomfortable and feel misaligned. This is entirely unacceptable. I shouldn't have to deal with defective products from the company. The low quality resembles what is sold at discount stores. Additionally, there is only one method to reach out, which is via email. I have sent two messages without any response. In summary, they provide defective items, and the quality is poor. Save your time.
