Bought HitPaw to try and update some twenty year old+ videos. 26 hours later and only 20.6% had been converted on the first, so slower than slow on my relatively basic home PC.Contacted the help people who suggested I bought some credits to use the Cloud to speed things up. Problem is I need over two thousand to do one, forty five minute, tape. Cost, in excess of $200 at the special introductory price.It also seems they forgot to mention that I needed a gamers spec graphics card, which here means £250 plus to buy and install. RTX3060 was the minimum they said, and I don't have it.Severe disappointment, good idea, but not explained properly. seems they want you to buy credits and go via the Cloud which creates extra income for them.Luckily I only have a one month subscription, so trying to get my money back. If not, a not too expensive bit of experience.Four days later, thry are declining a refund as their programme is ok, but my PC is not good enough ! Pity they dont specify the spec required. Cost me £50 to find out. Customer service, what customer service.
