A gin was missing from my delivery - called and spoke to a lovely lady who looked into it and called me back. She was very apologetic (simply got missed out in the warehouse) and they’re sending another today. Just lovely to actually speak to someone at a company and amazing customer service. Gin is a gift so hopefully it tastes as good!
