Ordered a refill of By Killian Smoke for the Soul since it was discontinued and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I have some of the original from Killian still, so I was able to compare back to back. I’m pretty confident the product I received is legitimate. If it isn’t, it’s good enough to fool me, and I’m more discerning than most.I do wish they’d relax a bit on the Terms of Service and shipping policy, though. I almost didn’t order because of the restrictions—it felt like they were giving themselves an out for a bad product.I suspect they just have a lot of bad experiences with shifty customers, but it’s a little disconcerting when you’re a first time customer. Ultimately I took the gamble and it was totally fine, but I didn’t need to reach out about anything.
