STAY WELL AWAY FROM EDITH AND MAESHOCKING QUALITY AND NO ACCEPTABLE RETURN POLCY WHATSOEVER I ordered shoes supposedly reduced from £100 to £50They weren’t good quality at all and didn’t fit either so I wanted a refund. Some hope!After countless emails back and forth (mainly generic formatted ones from them I think) I had to settle for a 40% refund… which I’ve yet to receive…and keep the shoes.They started by offering a 10% refund and keep the shoes. If I’d returned the shoes I’d have had to post them to China … would have cost a fortune.They don’t care whether they get the shoes back or not which just proves that they’re rubbish quality and once they’ve got your money they’re in the driving seat.
