I ordered 2 linen tops for my holiday. They looked lovely online and were £35 each. From inside the packaging I could see they were cheap polyester. They refused me a refund, offering 10% going up to 40%, or I could return the goods to their warehouse in China. No amount of quoting UK law re Sale of Goods Act or Trading Standards got me anywhere.
