This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've encountered. The company quickly charged my card, but failed to provide any updates or shipping information afterward. The item I ordered was out of stock and should not have been charged at all. Instead of canceling the order and refunding me, they charged me and went silent for weeks. While I understand that issues can arise, basic communication and order updates are essential. The matter was only resolved after I filed a dispute with my bank, at which point the refund was processed the very next day. This highlights their lack of accountability. Customer service is incredibly slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. They only act when pressured. If I hadn’t initiated a dispute, I would likely still be in the dark about the item being out of stock, and who knows how long they would have kept my money without any action. I cannot recommend this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
