Very disappointing! I placed an order at the start of December because my teenage son was really looking forward to it, but I haven't received anything! I've sent numerous emails without any response. I keep getting daily emails encouraging me to make more purchases. There's no tracking number for my order and no way to reach out to anyone for help. I would advise others to avoid this!
