1. Ordered a 5 piece mystery box yet I received no free Carhartt piece with my order which I should have.
2. As well as this, the jeans I received are 30’ inch waist but are not a large in any way as I put down in my size. I have looked them up online and found the pair I received and it’s clear that these have shrunk severely or else they are kids size.
3. Plus I requested loose fitting pieces, which these jeans do not fall under in any case.
4. Also one of my requests was ‘dark pieces’, hence you can understand my frustration when I received a bright yellow hat.
5. Sent an email regarding these issues 2 weeks ago to which I have had no reply to. No phone number available to call either to resolve this.
Overall a really poor first experience and definitely will be avoiding in future.
