Great concept, but a major flaw...

This platform has a fantastic concept, but there's a significant issue... Nothing I purchase seems to get signed. They offer what appears to be high-quality tracks, which is puzzling. After spending over 10k on this platform without any contracts to show for it, I have to conclude that something is amiss. It feels like many tracks here might be those rejected by labels, leading the producer to sell them for a quick profit. I initially bought tracks I personally enjoyed, but after receiving constant negative feedback from A&R representatives, I adjusted my strategy. Now, I focus on a select group of labels to understand their desired sound before making my purchases, regardless of my personal taste. Yet, the outcome remains the same—no interest in these tracks. It’s disheartening because I genuinely appreciate the platform's design and business model, and many tracks sound promising. Occasionally, I notice some underdeveloped elements, but with my experience in the industry, I believed certain tracks would surely get signed, yet they didn't. I've invested in both high-end tracks (priced between 1k-1.5k) and more affordable options. Interestingly, the only times I received responses from labels, showing initial interest (only to be ghosted later), were for the cheaper tracks. It’s all relative to the A&R, but I found that curious. As an established artist with a solid presence in a specific genre, having performed at festivals and on various tours, I sought tracks for another genre here. After spending so much money without results, I feel compelled to warn others like me. There’s something off about these tracks; while some sound polished, they seem undesirable for some reason. I anticipate a response stating that these tracks are merely for inspiration and that signings aren't guaranteed. However, let's be honest—most buyers seek tracks to further their DJ careers, which justifies the price. I can find quality templates elsewhere for much less. The pricing of many tracks suggests they should be viable, or at least appealing to A&R. With over a decade of experience working with labels, I suspect these tracks are either inadequately developed for A&R ears or are previously rejected by the producer. This could harm one's reputation if the same label had recently rejected the same track from the producer. I recall feeling so frustrated that I resorted to sending tracks to smaller labels just to regain some confidence, yet even they showed no interest. I wish things were different. If I had even one signing, I would gladly give a five-star rating and a glowing review due to the platform's potential. However, that’s not the reality. The model is excellent, as human relationships can be complex. I've encountered producers who became envious when I started achieving significant milestones, causing tension. Therefore, purchasing tracks anonymously is indeed the best approach. If this platform were securing signings for me, they would have already received 50k from me.
