Ref-CH-200027487This website has changed me nearly £60 for filling out an arrival card that you can get for free at Shanghai airport via there tablet which is in the area set up if you go to this website they tell you they will charge $20 for 1 hour service but they charged me £60. You don't actually need to use this service it's a scam they are based in America not China. And they charge a rediculous amount of money please be aware of going to PVG Shanghai airport do not use this website, just use the tablets provided at the airport they will fill out the form for free. Located just before Chinese immigration.And will not charge you rediculous money which is not even the correct sum. I actually need a refund and this site needs to be closed down. Why are we being asked to pay for a service that is free at the actually airport.
