I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Educational Perspectives.After paying the application fee, communication became very slow. It took over a month before I was informed that they were waiting for a response from my university. This information was only provided after I sent several follow-up emails.Although my university responded to their verification request, it still took additional weeks to receive my evaluation report. When the evaluation was finally issued, it contained errors that required correction.The customer service experience was very frustrating. Communication was prompt before payment, but significantly declined afterward.Based on my experience, I encourage others to carefully consider timelines and communication expectations when choosing a credential evaluation service. I do not recommend education perspective for your evaluation. It’s scam like a scam
