The customer service, price, and response time are great. I'm a little disappointed because this shipment (my 3rd or 4th order) the pills did not split well at all like they did the previous times. So I'm left with a lot of broken parts. Hopefully they will still have the same effect. In the past the product worked well. Despite the setback, I believe I'll order again.
