Very Cost Effective Training Models.Suggestion for improvement would be to broaden the spectrum of Subject Areas for providing Trainings and not just IT sector but extending to all other sectors in the Industry. Also, the past Training programmes and experiences should be captured well to strengthen client's trust. Scaling up may require incorporating certain bespoke Managerial Development Programmes in terms of Strategic planning, Analytical skills, critical thinking, etc.
