I purchased a genuine Microsoft Windows 11 Pro key to upgrade my OS from the Home version to Pro.With some sincere cooperation from Sarah, I was finally able to achieve this without any issues. For some reason I couldn't install the upgrade. I now know why. I had attempted several times to upgrade but with no luck. I was obviously doing something wrong with the process.
