I was running with Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus since 2021 and bought Microsoft Visio Pro 2024 a few days ago but were having problems with installing Visio. edsX Sales suggested uninstalling Office then install Visio, Visio installed and ran properly but Office2021 won't install. edsX Sales suggested different things to try but none worked. They got Michael Anderson, one of their technical support specialists to remotely diagnosed what the problem was due to. In the end edsX was kind enough to give me Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus free and everything installed properly. Michael spent 1.5 hours to diagnosed the problem and installed everything back in working order.Thank you.Peter
