I strongly advise against using this service. I paid £200 in December for a Project Management course. They promised to send the credentials within two days, but I waited two weeks. Before the payment, my calls were answered immediately, but after, they stopped responding. I have all the chat history. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I received no reply. After three weeks, I expressed my desire to join the Project Management course. They called me back, and I reminded them of my payment agreement, but they claimed it was a mistake. They promised the placement team would contact me within five minutes, which never happened. Instead, I received credentials for a Data Analytics course that I did not enroll in. When I called to rectify this, they again apologized and admitted another error. I finally received an email confirming my Project Management enrollment, but then received another stating I was enrolled in a Mastering Project course, which is different. Now, they aren’t answering calls at all. This organization is incredibly untrustworthy. I have all the details and chat records. Please, keep your hard-earned money away from these scammers.
