In the EU, it's unacceptable to jeopardize a worker's livelihood to silence them on data violations. Attempting to impose a "hush money" agreement for basic salary is not only unethical but a violation of labor and data protection principles. I have refused to sign this coercive agreement and have sought legal advice for formal action.
