STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This establishment is truly disappointing. After losing my job, I sought a place to invest my funds for potential growth. A HUGE MISTAKE. Initially, they were very enthusiastic about me. I've learned this is because they profit significantly from new account sign-ups. After that, they completely lost interest in my account. Whenever my (unprofessional financial advisor) would call to discuss my portfolio, it was always, "You're doing exceptionally well... really well..." but when we logged into the account, there was MAYBE $1,000 in growth. That was "exceptionally well". Furthermore, if you need to withdraw funds due to financial troubles, they will belittle and insult you for it. I had to escalate my complaint to the home office because of their treatment. We ultimately decided to close our account permanently in January 2026. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
