However, they introduced several mandatory programs that replaced annual fees with monthly charges that were excessively high. I had two accounts, and both experienced fees consuming up to 60% of my monthly growth. Meanwhile, their website displayed gains of 12-14%. The discrepancies in their statements were never explained, despite my inquiries. I eventually rolled over my assets to a former employer's plan, but the process was long and tedious, with the company obstructing the transfer to collect their fees. I no longer trust their statements or advice.
