STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This establishment is truly disappointing. After losing my job, I sought a venue to invest my funds for potential growth, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Initially, they were very attentive, likely because they profit from new accounts. However, their interest quickly faded. Whenever my unprofessional financial advisor would contact me to review my portfolio, the feedback was always, "You're doing exceptionally well... very well..." Yet, when we checked the account, there was hardly a $1,000 increase. That was deemed "exceptionally well." Additionally, if you need to withdraw funds due to financial difficulties, expect to be insulted and belittled. I even had to escalate my concerns to the main office regarding their treatment of me. We ultimately decided to close our account permanently in January 2026. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
