The country ham that arrived was poorly packed and defrosted a little bit. I have ordered from Edwards several times in the past, but this transaction was frustrating. The customer service was bad - they used to be great. No one got back to me, and it was slow to get my problem addressed. Once I reported a problem with the product, I never got a response for days - and the solution was not acceptable when I was contacted. I did not get any proper compensation. Overall, the quality of the product and customer service has gone way down.
