I made the trek from NC to Surry, VA to buy a variety of Edwards meats-- Petite ham, slices and bacon. The hams are the BEST country ham I've ever tasted! I am a professional chef and seek out salted, cured meats wherever I travel (domestic and abroad)-- Edwards is truly some of the best I've had in the 15+ countries I've been to. It is much less salty and more delicate that even the best country hams I've had.
