I won't be renewing my contract with EE, even after the years I have been with them.
I got a contract with a Google pixel 8pro. 1 year into the 2 year contract, my phone stopped all Bluetooth and internet connectivity, making it basically useless.
It turns out, this is a known fault with these phones and many, many people have the same issue.
I took my phone in for repair as it still had a year left of warranty but EE denied any repairs do to light scuffs around the edge of the phone where the case (which had never come off) has allowed tiny bits of dust inside which wore the paint down very slightly.
EE themselves confirmed the necessary repairs had nothing to do with the scuffs on the edge of the phone but they would continue to use this loophole to deny me a warranty repair.
I am now halfway through a contract without the phone I am paying for.
This company is absolutely useless and made zero effort to retain me as a customer.
I will be moving to another network after my contract is over.
