When I contacted customer support, I learned it was no longer available, even though it was at the time of purchase. I had to choose a different color on the 18th, and it still hasn't shipped. This is unacceptable, and I will seek a refund. It feels like a scam. It appears they are quicker to address complaints online rather than focusing on fulfilling orders.
