However, when I contacted the support team, they informed me it was out of stock, despite being available when I ordered. Other colors were also listed as out of stock. I had to select a different color on the 18th, and it still hasn't shipped. This is frustrating, and I plan to pursue a refund. It feels like a scam. They seem more focused on resolving online complaints than fulfilling orders.
