Misleading Promotion and Lack of Support After Payment
Before my journey, I made sure to communicate clearly with the service:
– my age and profile (I am not a young student),
– the critical importance of this language project for my future,
– my health condition, which required a stable and safe environment,
– my aim for genuine improvement in English,
– my expectation of a structured and rigorous academic program,
– and my choice of destination partly to have the option to work legally while studying.
The service assured me that all of this would align with their offerings.
In reality, these commitments were not met.
First major issue:
When the service promotes a “6-month program,” it actually consists of about 5 months of real classes, with the remaining time being mandatory vacation weeks that were poorly explained or not explained at all during enrollment.
This is a misleading use of terminology, dates, and figures.
Second significant concern:
The recommended visa was suggested under a “cost-saving” rationale, despite my explicit request for flexibility.
As a result, I found myself unable to extend my stay, although I had been informed that it would be possible.
Third issue:
The dates indicated in my agreement (end of classes in one city on September 5 and start in another on September 8) did not reflect reality.
The service created unexpected breaks without classes, leaving me to manage unforeseen additional expenses alone.
When I sought clarification, corrections, or compensation:
– there were no clear responses,
– no accountability,
– only generic documents with copy-pasted terms and conditions.
Since I formally highlighted these discrepancies, the service has ceased to provide any meaningful responses.
My conclusion is straightforward:
The service excels at selling an ideal, but completely disengages once payment is made.
At this juncture, my personal view is evident:
you will gain more by traveling independently than by investing your money in this service.
