The whole team was excellent from sales through to install, the operations team kept me updated, Michela, Amelia and Georgia through the whole process. The engineers onsite fitted the equipment with minimum disruption and explained every step on the way and the operation of the app. Really put me at ease that I picked the right company to fit this for my parents property to reduce long term costs. Barbara on customer service was excellent dealing with my concerns and put me in contact with the senior engineer Steve to reassure me almost immediately all the equipment was working well. First class service by one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Bravo, it's a breath of fresh air to deal with such a customer focused team. I am very pleased with my experience; they provided excellent information about the procedure from the beginning. They were also very helpful during and after the installation. The system was set up and operational as scheduled. It was an efficient and seamless process.
The team was fantastic. They were thoughtful and ensured everything remained as clean as possible (rubbish taken away by another crew a day or two later). It took just a few hours to install seven panels and a battery. The support staff in the office was also very helpful with some additional questions I had. The only minor issue was the communication on the day, as I anticipated the team would arrive first thing, but they didn't show up until mid-afternoon.
I made a call today regarding an issue with my paperwork. One representative forwarded my details to another, who assisted me promptly. I appreciate the quick response—thank you both for your support; you are valuable assets to the service.
