Unfortunately, the experience was undermined by the phone reception.I had a scheduled appointment and called in advance to flag a potential 30-minute timing issue within the 4-hour window due to an unexpected commitment. I was not cancelling, simply asking if there was any flexibility.Instead of attempting to find a solution, the receptionist handled the situation with limited flexibility and poor judgement, showing little willingness to understand or resolve a straightforward request. I was immediately warned about a £50 charge. The tone quickly became confrontational, and the call ended abruptly when the receptionist hung up.We ultimately had to make last-minute arrangements to accommodate the visit, but leading with threats rather than solutions was unnecessary and left a poor impression.Customer service should prioritise problem-solving, not escalation.
