They do a good job but are really unavailable for help. They have office hours that are just California time and provide no expanded service even during tax season. Further, their login password keeps kicking me out and I have no way to get a timely reset password. If they want CPA's who are under pressure to get things done and off their desk, they need to provide a more timely response.
