Business Owner Rude to Potential Customer

I learned of this company from an ad on Facebook. I was interested in ordering some samples to compare this brand to another that I had recent done the same for. The ad on Facebook showed a fruit loop type cereal flavor but when I clicked the link I noticed that this flavor was not included in image on the site. Initial I mistakenly thought the flavors for the sample where random so I went back to the ad to question the cost for shipping without the guarantee of flavors. The business owner replied back framing my issue as being paying for shipping, so I replied to clarify my question. He then replied to informing me that the flavor where in fact listed on the page, but in the same reply told me to go shop somewhere if I just want free stuff. I replied to state that I would not be purchasing from them because of this rude accusation. In response, he blocked me. Following this I went to the Facebook page for the company to share my negative experience. They then lied in their replied to me by claiming that the reason I was blocked was because I was rude. When I called them out on this, and how they were the ones being rude to me, I was blocked by the company too.
