Tried canceling membership back in July 2025. I checked my statements and noticed I was still being charged for a recurring membership. Not only was I being charged I would never receive any product. I had a back and forth with the most rude and unprofessional representative I have ever encountered. I expressed my concern with the situation, and be just kept giving me the run around. Asking me for information. They should already have on file. Like my name and address stating that maybe they sent it to the wrong address. I kept explaining that I no longer wanted the product which is why I canceled back in July of 2025. so it had nothing to do with my address. I wanted a refund for all the recurring charges. They asked for the cancelation email, which I had sent them multiple times. I have yet to hear back since. Currently working with an attorney and the better business bureau to find a resolution. I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to do the same
