The training seminars where well done and informed me greatly for my upcoming trip. Personally, I would've enjoyed an additional hour each day to cover more material and do practice tasks... etc. It would be helpful to discuss naviagting sending students home due to behaviour, how to handle certain situations like drugs, alcohol, navigating trip restrictions based on various school board rules, etc. I know these are more situational, but blanket discussions could help those experiencing those situationsThe EF team were knowledgable and informative helping me plan effectively for the trip I have in March. My confidence leaving the training portion was 10 fold compared to how I entered the training.
