I am filing this complaint regarding my account on EGB. My username is - ZeaTokOn June 15, I submitted a withdrawal request for $460.On June 16, instead of processing the withdrawal, I was asked to pass full KYC verification.I submitted all required documents and on June 22, I received confirmation that my verification was approved.I then resubmitted the withdrawal — but on June 23, it was cancelled again without any explanation. A new verification request appeared, this time requiring a video call.However, I was only contacted about scheduling the video call on June 25, and the actual call took place on June 27.As of today, July 6, I have received no updates or decisions. I contacted live support several times, and the only reply I received was:"Your case has been forwarded to our specialists. You will receive an email after the call is reviewed."It has now been one week since the video verification, and almost three weeks since my initial withdrawal request — with no clear explanation or access to my funds.
