I won 27300 usd using their casino.I created a new account because I closed my old one. I asked the support if it was okay that I just made a new one instead of requesting to open my old one and he confirms that its fine and no issues and I make sure and ask again: if i win and cashout will there be any issues since i already have a account and he replied: no issues (got screenshot). So I gamble and win 27300 usd and request a cashout of the money and next day they close the account and deny my cashouts and cancel my balance reasoning: more than one account. Basically i got scammed. They would never cared if I lost 100000 usd but if you win big they find a way to avoid paying you.
