This company is a joke.I talked to 4 different agents now and everyone has different opinions on how the process works.If my company wasn't forcing me to do certain bookings with them I would never use this service again.They tell me my personal credit card won't be charged and by now I have 2 pending charges.They do one thing and can't do it right.I will do everything I can to get our finance team to switch from AMEX to a competitor because they cleary don't know what they are doing.
