The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing…The initial contact was easy and the responses brilliant with Beyza absolutely nothing was too much trouble and all my questions answered in full making me feel reassured in the process…never pushy which is great because that is a big put off for me, but that was never the case Beyza helped me through the whole process. When we arrived at airport met by driver and Mercedes vehicle smooth pick up from airport to hospital. Once at hospital met by Cagatay who remained with us throughout the whole time absolutely nothing was too much trouble whatsoever he remained by our sides the whole time continually explaining everything I needed to get me through my process and always checking in on us…so very patient and professional spoke fabulous English. This team is a credit to the hospital. The hospital itself was outstanding, spotlessly clean, decor & facilities all on hand rooms very comfortable almost like a hotel but with amazing medical teams on hand 24/7. Staff so pleasant, professional and caring. The Dr, Dr Ali I had every faith in…met him full consultation giving me a 100 percent faith in his professionalism, experience, qualifications. Really made me feel reassured I had chosen the right surgeon for me and his expertise shone through. Kind, caring and well the surgery performed for me was outstanding and life changing. I had a little glitch in my recovery (not from surgery) and I have never received such amazing care all experts, professors, surgeons, Doctors, nursing team & interpreters I knew everything and everyone was caring for me…& I was made to feel so looked after and cared for… making a full recovery quickly. We chose to not go to a hotel on the advice of the medical teams and their advice was second to none. I appreciate how glowing this review is but genuinely it was the best life changing choice with the best team I have ever made. We genuinely had nothing negative to say if I had I can assure you I would as this is the one life we get. But a big Thank You to Egepol and the whole team who are a credit to your facility and this should be acknowledged.
