This is with reference to the payment made from our account (A/c No. 13331132002848, IFSC: PUNB0133610) towards your service charges.
It has been a considerable amount of time since the payment was credited to your account. However, the agreed services have still not been provided. As per our requirement, the contractor must possess valid National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) approved ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (Type A Inspection Body – Scope 17 & 18) certification.
Since you are unable to provide services meeting this mandatory requirement, there is no justification for retaining our funds.
If the required service cannot be delivered as committed, you are hereby requested to immediately refund the full amount to our above-mentioned account.
Mr. Vinayak Soni (Sr. Business Development Manager), please treat this matter with utmost seriousness. The funds paid were released strictly against the commitment of service delivery. However, neither has the work been executed nor has the amount been refunded till date.
Please treat this communication as a final reminder. In the absence of an immediate refund confirmation, we will be compelled to initiate appropriate legal and commercial action without further notice.
We request your prompt response along with confirmation of the refund at the earliest.
