I bought the 14"Queen firm mattress for a second try because the first one was the wrong size and was not as described. Thanks to EGOHOME they did refund me and appreciate that. This 14"Queen Firm mattress delivered 10 days now and desperately needed it after having knee surgery is not as firm as expected again not as described although I gave it 48 hour to deflate. It had a dent and when sitting on the edge it did sink. As an elderly that lives alone and does most of my shopping online I am too old to go back and forth with this. I am giving it the 100 days tryout to decide whether or not it's a keeper.I will admit it is helping with my knee recovery and I am grateful for that. Thank you EGOHOME
