Helpful boiler maintenance from Hardeep/Hardip from EGP - serviced our unvented cylinder - but also helped to troubleshoot NEST thermostat system. Also suggested a useful solution - to combine our two heat links (one of which always seemed to fail periodically) into just the one reliable heat link. Will bring him back to do this at some point if the second heat link fails again….
