I would like to give minus stars but I can’t. Ordered a product 2/9/25, it’s now 7/11/25 and no closer to being delivered. Originally something was posted from America to London. That sat in London for about 3 weeks. After multiple emails another one was dispatched, this time from China. That’s spent about 3 weeks not even making it out of the country yet. I email pretty much everyday just asking for a refund instead and I get the same nonsense responses of ‘we hope it will arrive soon’ ‘we believe you will love it’ and just refuse to give a refund. Absolutely terrible company that shouldn’t get a penny of your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
