DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANYI was completely scammed by the trip I booked with this company to visit the Blue Hole and the Coloured Canyon in Sharm El Sheikh.The package clearly stated that we would have a Spanish-speaking guide, but the guide assigned to us barely spoke English, and the only language he spoke fluently was Russian. This made communication extremely difficult throughout the experience.In addition, the guide pressured us into renting fins and wetsuits, insisting they were mandatory to visit the Blue Hole. We were charged an additional €36, even though the package was advertised as all-inclusive. In the end, we went to the Blue Hole without any guide at all — only with a driver who spoke only Arabic — while the guide went to visit other locations with a Russian group. This is clearly not the service we paid for.Regarding the canyon visit, the location we were taken to was not the real Coloured Canyon shown in the promotional photos or described in the tour details.After the trip, I contacted the company by email to request a refund, but they never replied.
