It feels like the focus is primarily on monetary gain. Their motto could easily be rephrased to reflect their actual practices. Attempting to cancel my subscription in Canada was a hassle; they suggested sending a letter, which was returned to me weeks later. Luckily, I canceled my card just in time, as they tried to charge me an exorbitant fee for renewal. Completely unacceptable!
