Christian Enriquez was very knowledgeable and extremely convincing. Also he was explaining everything to my husband and I in English and in Spanish. He won our business. Also he explained absolutely everything even though I told him, You do not have to repeated again!!!. He said, but I have to do it!!! So my husband and i took the time to learned more about this plan.
A key issue is the need to stop employing dishonest people. My experience with this service started off well, but everything changed on January 1. I was fed numerous falsehoods, and now I find myself trapped in a plan that holds no value.

WHAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5 MINUTES, TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR! RIDICULOUS.

His knowledge helped with things that I did not consider on my own, utilizing the medicare.gov site.While informative he was also extremely patient with me and my questions. All responses from him were clear and if I did not understand, he repeated until he was certain that I understood. Here's hoping the plan that I selected is as good!
